Talk about your eventful days, I went from planning on just sitting home and doing more DVD ripping, yet I end up downtown at a baseball game at the Skydome. The only reason I went was because Ravi scored free tickets from his job. They were great seats, with a great view and all that, but it's a shame baseball sucks camel ass. Baseball is one of the most boring sports one could ever watch on TV, and seeing it in person is multiple times worse . It's such a snoozefest, we sat and tried to watch a few innings, but decided that sitting out on the bar patio and consuming their extremely overpriced wares would be much more entertaining. By the time we got back to our seats the game was virtually over, but that wasn't quite good enough from my perspective...never again, never...

The fun didn't stop there, oh no, as after the game we went to this bar way, way, way down the street so that everyone (except me) could grab a few beers. The place was horrible, it's one of those places only male caucasians in their mid to late thirties frequent's, bleh. At least there was a foosball table to kill most of the time, won most of the games I played thank you very much, but not without causing some damage to my right elbow. On the positive side, during the 2 freakin' hours we stayed in there, 3, yes, count 'em, 3 Oasis songs were played. Super, but not nearly enough to make the pain of being in that place go away. Fun, fun, fun...

As negative as this all sounds, it was pretty fun, and those of you who know me well will know that I don't get out and do stuff like this much anymore. And heck, downtown Toronto looks darn good at night if I say so myself, really wish I had a *hint*digital camera*/hint* to snap some city shots.
